In visual terms the new GT55 is reminiscent of the renowned O.S. range of two-stroke glowplug engines. The newly designed one-piece crankcase eliminates the need for gaskets in this area. The position of the carburettor at the front of the engine ensures optimum cooling, while a new type of micro-computer controlled ignition unit ensures superb performance over the power plant’s full speed range.
